Tea & House Lodge Trekking
We are highly advice that please do not use the plastic and plastic items because in the mountain plastic recycle facility is not available .In this way use only hot boiled water for drinking which is fully purify. Your trekking guide will suggest that try to use boiled water.If you use boiled water it is ready for good tea.House treks food provide at the tea on the house lodge on menu and fresh tea is good for health.
Food and Water Facility During Trekking
We are advising that please do not use plastic bottle or plastic goods.One thing you remember that in the mountain there is no facility of plastic.Please keep the own water bottle.If you confuse clean the bottle with hot own water.Trekking guide care water hygiene.Water should be boiled carefully before tea or coffee.We highly advise you that do not drink non boiled water from shop.
We advise that try to serve fresh food and canned food.In the trekking this food is highly advise.
Altitude
Acclimatization is very essential for trekking above 3500m.Our trekking schedule have been carefully designed for trekking.We advise try to rest in the way.In the mountain due to cold sickness is possible such as headache,lethargy,nausea and other breathlessness.If these symptoms trekking guide will help proper action.Your tour leader will advise regarding the altitude .
