Mera Peak Climbing

Mera Peak is the one of the major and popular trekking peak in Nepal.Mera peak (6654m) is the highest permitted trekking peak of Nepal. The peak rises to the south of Mt Everest the way of up of the peak is technically straight forward, the heavy snow and the maze of crevasses can the way longer to the summit.Mera peak offers a panoramic view of Chanlang ,Makalu,Kanchanjunga and Basuntse in the eastern and the peaks Cho Oyu, Amadablum and Kangteg to the west.Mt Everest can be observe in the northern over the massif unclimbed southern face of Lhotse and the Nubtse/Lhotse ridge under the favorable condition. Beside the charm of climbing Mera peak, the trek to its base camp from Lukla is rewarding for the experience little visited and yet unspoiled region of Nepal with densely forested hill sides. The style of climbing is cautious and well time, with excellent leadership, organization,walkie talkie,Sherpa climbers, satellite telephone, cooks and waiters, tasty food, the best equipment, individual tents, for each member, in base camp, a full kitchen in base camp, two camps on the mountain,1000s of meters of fixed line, hundred of rocks, ice and snow anchors, top quality, high altitude tents and high
altitude stoves, expedition mix gas, full safety equipments such as medical oxygen,gamow bag and extension medical kit are necessary for climbing peak. The expedition gain experience over countless Himalayan expeditions with a strong record of reaching the top of our world’s highest peaks. Like in all the treks and climbing trips to Everest our approach trek to Mera starts with a making cheerful mountain flight to Lukla austrip.From Lukla we ascend slowly to eastern area, cross the Zantra La pass and finally reach the Mera La pass where we make our base camp for Mera peak climbing.Mera peak climbing is possible in a single day from the base camp but we avoid rush. We allow proper rest and acclimatization and make use of high camp to ensure success. Finally we ascend the three summits of Mera peak from where we would enjoy and cheerful for climbing Mera peaks. From there we can view five of the world’s 8000m peaks Makalu,Lhotse,Kanchanjunga,Cho – Oyu and Everest.
